Julio Neri Faría & Asociados (JNF) was founded in 1985 by Julio Neri Faría. Prior to the creation of JNF, Mr. Neri worked for more than twenty years in one of the biggest law firms in Venezuela, where he worked as an international lawyer in the fields of corporate transactions, international arbitration and litigation, representing a broad range of multinational and domestic clients in the main industries in Venezuela, including oil, banking and financial services, transportation (airlines), communications, manufacturing, mining and primary products production.After having acquired such experience, he decided to create a legal boutique to satisfy his clients' needs in a unique environment. His philosophy is to meet the highest standards of the legal profession and provide a personal assistance to international and local clients.
JNF has adopted and developed such philosophy and its attorneys are trained to provide clients with legal counseling as well as business and strategic counseling.
